Initial Consult
Initial assessment: 2 hours. Optimal 34-35 weeks of pregnancy. Includes, obstetric history examination, plan of care going forward, homework related to the prevention of infant malposition during pregnancy and introduction, and explanation and demonstration of Gilligan’s Guide. Your Twin Cities Home, Zoom or St. Paul Office visit. This initial consult can also be structured for birth workers (doulas, nurses, midwives, physicians, PT, chiropractors).

Subsequent Visits
Subsequent Visits: 1 hour. Recommend every 2 weeks during pregnancy after initial visit. Anatomy and Physiology of maternal and infant structures related to birth. Childbirth preparatory education is based on current practices, evidence based and designed specific to you. Evaluation of infant’s current position in utero and ways to prepare your body for a safe vaginal delivery. Your Twin Cities Home, Zoom or St. Paul Office visit.

Labor & Delivery
Labor and Delivery: I am available for in person support during your labor and delivery experience. I can come to a local, chosen place of birth, to advocate for your birth of choice. While I am currently a Registered Nurse with many years of medical knowledge associated with childbirth, my role will be that of a doula, with no privilege to practice in the role of your nurse.
